Summer is here and that means no matter where you live the time is right for cruising.

All the ingredients are in place for driving project vehicles that are too good to bring out the rest of the year; the sun is shining, car meets are poppin off every other weekend, and the vibe is universal—everyone is just a little bit happier to be rollin something low, loud or fast. It’s like we all won the weather lottery and don’t have to wash our rides five minutes after hitting the boulevard (unless you live in a spot where the bugs outnumber the bikinis.).

I can’t think of a more appropriate summertime ride than a hammered mini-truck. Utterly useless for any other task besides cruising, you can’t help but smile at tiny trucks with full-grown humans piloting them as they scrape over speed bumps, knock road reflectors off the interstate, and rattle office windows as they glide by a quarter inch off the asphalt.
