II. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Win Finn’s Limotruck and A Day In The Garage With Mike! (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) begins 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT"), November 6, 2026 ("Start Date") and ends 11:59 p.m. PT, December 13, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

III. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and District of Columbia (“D.C.”), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (must be 19 years of age or older for those that reside in the states of Alabama, Nebraska, and 21 years of age or older in state of Mississippi) as of the date of entry. Officers, members, directors, representatives and employees of the Sponsor and any of their respective parent companies, dealer-partner and its affiliates (including the wholesalers and retailers themselves), franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, advertising / promotion/judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, Compliance Sweepstakes Services, LLC ("Administrator") (collectively, the “Released Entities”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, - whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) of such individuals, or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The FSM purchase agreement is required to be completed and the transaction paid and closed during the Promotion Period. The name of the person appearing on the purchase receipt and/or signed purchase agreement is entered into the Sweepstakes database. All orders are required to be placed through the Sponsor's Website. The date that appears on the merchandise confirmation order receipt determines eligibility for the number of Entries as per merchandise item ordered. Merchandise returned or cancelled prior to the drawing date, voids the Entry resulting in the removal of the Participant from the Sweepstakes entrant list.

Mail-In Entry Method: Enter without a purchase obligation by legibly hand printing on a 3”x 5” or 4" x 6" card, in black or blue ink, your first name, last name, mailing address, city, state, zip, day and evening phone numbers with area code (to be used for winner contact only), e-mail address (if available) and date of birth. All final mail-in Entries must be postmarked by the Promotion end date, December 13, 2026, and received by December 18, 2026. In the event a postmark end date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in Entry must be postmarked on the following business day. V. DRAWING, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) is randomly selected on or about December 21, 2026, by a third-party administrator (“the Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within two (2) calendar days of the initial notification, or does not respond with complete contact information as requested by voice message, or whose phone provider indicates that the phone number is invalid or unable to receive the communication (even if ultimately delivered thereafter), or found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. VII. GENERAL TERMS CONDITIONS AND PRIZE RELEASE: Sweepstakes Prizes are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All local, state, and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner who is receiving a Prize valued over $600.00 and required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Prize Acceptance Release”) which is to be returned within three (3) days of notification. Winner may also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate as proof of age and residence. A Winner is required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before a Prize is awarded for tax reporting purposes. Parents or legal guardians of the Winner under the age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but is nineteen (19) in Alabama and twenty-one (21) in Mississippi) may be required to also sign the Prize Acceptance Release in order for the Winner to receive their Prize. The Prize Acceptance Release is subject to verification by Sponsor. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of a Winner, the parent or legal guardian of the Winner who is under the age of majority in their state of residence. If potential Winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time period, or if a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, an alternate winner may be selected for the Prize at issue.

VIII. VEHICLE PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Grand Prize Winner of the Vehicle is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, taxes, rules and regulations including, but not limited to any applicable registration, license, title and insurance fees associated with the receipt of the Vehicle Prize. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute the Vehicle Prize with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised Prize (or any component thereof) is not available. All decisions by Sponsor as to prizewinner and the Vehicle Prize are final. The Vehicle Prize is not exchangeable or transferable. The Vehicle will have such color, features and options as have been chosen by Mike Finnegan, the initial owner of the Vehicle. The payment amount of the Vehicle is paid by the Sponsor, provided, however, that the Vehicle is executed in the name of the Grand Prize Winner. Winner assumes all responsibilities associated with the Vehicle Prize. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. An unclaimed Prize will not be awarded. Winner is required to execute any documents necessary to take title to such Vehicle. The Sponsor’s payment of the Vehicle does not include title, tag, registration fees or applicable taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the Vehicle Winner. The Winner shall be responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with the Vehicle Prize, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damage and death to third parties, insurance, fuel, tolls, routine maintenance, excess wear & tear or damage to the Vehicle and all applicable taxes. There are no additional warranties on the Vehicle except as may be offered by the manufacturer. Winner must be a licensed and insured driver and is responsible for picking up the Vehicle at a location as specified by the Sponsor. Any cost of transporting Vehicle to another location is the responsibility of the Winner. Delivery of the Vehicle shall be made as soon as practical, but in no event more than eight (8) weeks after the winner executes the Prize Claim Documents (as defined below).

THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IX. FINNEGAN’S GARAGE EVENT AND TRAVEL PACKAGE CONDITIONS: The Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) and Guest (“Guest”) will spend a day with Mike Finnegan in his garage (the “Finn’s Garage Event” or “Event”)). The Travel Package includes one-way roundtrip airfare transportation from a major commercial airport near a Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near the Event location in Cartersville GA; one (1) night hotel accommodation for the Winner and their Guest; ground transportation from the commercial Georgia airport to Event location and hotel. Prize does not include parking, accommodations, or transportation beyond that specified above. Finn’s Garage Event date will be determined by Sponsor. However, the Event must be completed before April 30, 2027, or Prize will be forfeited. Guest of Winner must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as of the date of departure. Once a travel Guest is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Guest must execute Travel Companion Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. If Guest is a minor, parent or legal guardian must sign and return release and may be required to accompany minor on the trip, at the Winner’s expense.
Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors’ agent, on an airline carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. A Winner, who lives within a 200-mile radius of the designation, will not receive the airline ticket portion of the prize, but a $200 travel allowance. Winner and Guest must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date and destination, and must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID and passport) prior to departure, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of Prize. All elements of the trip must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Once travel commences, no unscheduled stopovers are permitted; if an unscheduled stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments. Trip may not be combined with any other offer, and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Lost, stolen, or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged by the Sponsor and any changes made to either of these will be at the expense of the Winner, not the Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses and costs associated with acceptance and/or use of Prize not specifically stated herein as being awarded, including, without limitation any and all taxes and other expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of Prize, ground transportation (other than as described above), room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges, site-seeing excursions, food other than what is included in the Travel Package and any other incidental costs or expenses not covered in the Travel Package. Winner and Guest are also responsible for obtaining airline travel insurance, and all other forms of insurance at the Winner’s option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide any other types of insurance. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the supplier of accommodations, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element. Sponsor shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Sponsor deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state, and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes, or ordinances. Additional Prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Winner at the time of Grand Prize Winner confirmation. The total value of the hotel accommodations, and vacation extras cannot exceed $2,000. (USD). Any changes made will be at the expense of the Grand Prize Winner.
If the Winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy Finn’s Garage Event and Travel Package Prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option of: (a) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Prize award; or (b) at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, extending the period during which the Prize may be awarded for a period equal to the duration of the Prize Grand Prize Winner's disability or illness, in which case certain Prize components may not be available. The Grand Prize Winner must prove such disability by a doctor's certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and Grand Prize Winner at Sponsor's expense.

X. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part because of any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications, equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsors’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence). If for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process (if applicable), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination/suspension date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor also is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure or delay of any e-mail or submission to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to a Promotion’s system, which is occasioned by participating in this Promotion or by downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion. If any provisions of the Official Rules are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. PUBLICITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting a Prize, each Winner grants to Sponsor and its advertising, promotional agencies and providers of those acting under their permission (except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law) the irrevocable and perpetual right to use his/her name, or other likeness, city and state, voice, comments, and any photographs or video or audio footage that may be taken for advertising and publicity purposes, worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Website) without payment or additional compensation or acknowledgement for public relations. Winner agrees not to engage in any promotional activities on behalf of any competitor of Sponsor or other Sweepstakes Entities, whether directly or indirectly. Prize Winner understands and agrees that the Prize award event may be videotaped/photographed. Rights to any Prize event video/photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media at their sole discretion.

XII. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OPT-IN: By entering the Sweepstakes, a Participant consents for the Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer the Participant’s name, address and other information provided for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes; the information provided in connection with the entry process will be used by Sponsor only, in accordance and will not be sold or provided to another company. Participant’s entry information will be treated according to the Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://www.fsmgarage.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor permission to share your e-mail address and any other personally identifiable information with the Released Entities for the purpose of administration, Prize fulfillment and to send e-mails about their products and services. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties. Participant may opt out of receiving future e-mails from Sponsor by clicking the opt out link found in any e-mail received. Participant will remain eligible for this Sweepstakes whether or not you opt out of receiving promotional e-mails from Sponsor.

XIII. INDEMNITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Participant indemnifies and agrees to keep indemnified Sponsor at all times from and against any liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses resulting from any act, default or omission of the Participant and/or a breach of any warranty set forth herein. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Participant agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claims, actions, suits or proceedings, as well as any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or accruing from; (i) any misrepresentation made by Participant in connection with the Sweepstakes; (ii) any non-compliance by Participant with these Rules; (iii) claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Rules arising from or related to Participant’s involvement with the Contest; (iv) acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes; (v) any malfunction or other problem with the Sweepstakes Site in relation to the entry and participation in the Sweepstakes by Participant; (vi) any error in the collection, processing, or retention of entry or Winner’s information; or (vii) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize or winners in relation to the entry and participation in the Sweepstakes by Participant. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES: By entering, Participants agree that (1) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be (i) governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Georgia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, (ii) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Georgia or the appropriate Georgia state court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, but in no event including attorneys' fees, disbursements or court costs; (3) under no circumstances will a Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (4) any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts serving Acworth, Georgia and Participants, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these Official Rules. XV. ARBITRATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or demand related in any way to the Sweepstakes will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between you and the Sponsor, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Rules, shall be submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect in the Acworth, Georgia area, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.

XV. WINNER LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES: The name of the Winner will be announced at https:// www.fsmgarage.com and other Social Media platforms on or about December 25, 2026, or after the Winner has been verified.
